Dr Anderson took the time to explain exactly what was happening and going on through my MRI. I truly appreciate his care and concern for my pain. He reassured me and helped me think clearly on my situation. Thank you Dr Anderson!

The wait time too long and the wrap up. I did not receive my exercises.

The staff paid attention and recognized that I was there on my birthday.

Love the Dr's at this practice they show care kindness and most important they listen and treat you like your needs are a priority and not just another script or run in check and and send out .

My experience was very good. The provider was knowledgeable, very nice and helpful.

Dr. Anderson was amazing. He took time to listen to me, to show me detailed x-rays, explain the x-rays, describe the problem and the ways of treating it. I haven't experienced a doctor like Dr. Anderson in many, many years. It was an awesome experience and now, two days later, I can walk through my house without very much pain at all. Dr. Anderson is a treasure and a blessing and I was completely comfortable with him. More doctors could take lessons on patient care from Dr. Anderson! Thank you Dr. Anderson.

I have the greatest respect for Dr Anderson. He is professional, kind, patient and great with his job! Very personal and does not make you feel that he is in a hurry to get to his next patient!

This should be offered as an alternative to those trying to schedule an appointment directly. I was not told about this option, but rather scheduled out four days after the injury with one of the providers in Greer. I found out about the after-hours clinic availability from a friend.

On one of my visits I had a very long wait and it was because they had double booked the doctor and so there was no way he could keep up with everybody. And he was frustrated and it was frustrating for the patients also. So I recommend not doing the double booking.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Anderson and everyone at Steadman Hawkins. I was there for an achilles tendon issue on the back of my ankle. I am not sure why an xray from the front was taken.

Dr. Anderson and the staff at Steadman-Hawkins are the best. He and his staff are kind, interested in what is happening with my diagnosis, willing to listen and are so compassionate.

The dr has not written the after visit summary from my visit even though he said he would. There were no real suggestions as to what I could do to help my shoulder except see a surgeon.

I really appreciate Anderson trying to.xome.up with Plan A and plan B. He gave me .a.time.frame.to call back if I haven't heard back. He talked to me so that I could understand and not talk over my head. He made me feel like he understood the trouble and the pain I have been going through. This isy 3rd opinion and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

When the therapist came in to show me how to, or to put the boot on my foot, she did not make sure that I understood what I needed to do. So when I got home, I was not sure how the next day, I did not know how to really put the boot on properly.

I saw Dr. Anderson a few months ago for my ankle, and I was pleased with that visit. When I heard my son would see him, I was happy. I knew I could trust him, and he would give the best care to my son.

The employee at check-in did not know what they were doing, she didn't even realize she had not returned my insurance card and didn't even apologize for it. The employee I saw next, who was to process my payment tried to dismiss me without printing off the financial aid information I had requested. The physician was world class, however the administration support staff is below par.

Dr. Anderson was very personable and engaging. We appreciated his expertise and his bedside manner. We would definitely see him again if the need arises. Also, we greatly appreciated how quickly we were seen and cared for both times we were in your office. It was an excellent experience both times!

Shuttle from parking lot would be helpful.

I wish I could have gotten an appointment faster than 2 weeks out. I had a referral from the ER and couldn't get an appointment sooner. I went 2 weeks without knowing exactly what was going on with my knee.

I was surprised to be placed in an exam room that also seemed to be used as a broom closet, w cleaning products, broom, mop, etc. The room seemed clean, but I felt I was like "relegated" to a leftover exam room. The seating area is large and beautiful, but the space should have been used better to add exam rooms.

Hi, the one part about my visit was that when Dr. Anderson went over the surgeons that could do my knee surgery, he went down the list and then I wasn't sure I was going to have the surgery. He asked me why I didn't want it and then I'm pretty sure he referred me to a doctor I didn't hear him mention.

I enjoyed what he did and he helped me with my pain and it eased my pain. I enjoyed it and I will be coming back. Thank you.

Dr. Anderson diagnosed that I should go to physical therapy. I don't ,according to what he said it will only take a few trips. Oh when HEI called me. It will be 14 days before they can get me in. After I was hurt I waited 8 days to see Dr. Anderson. And now after seeing him I'm going to wait 14 days for treatment.

Dr. Anderson was wonderful! Spent time talking and explaining! Did injection that day and I have had pretty immediate pain relief! Such a kind and knowledgeable physician.

The apppointment was only able to be made farther out (weeks) than we felt necessary considering the situation, -requiring a, necessary, later visit to Urgent Care. After that an "in person" visit was made to Dr. Andersons' office to explain the resulting pain, and an appointment was arranged for the next morning. That portion went very smoothly.

I think the SHIFT clinic is excellent! When you have an orthopedic type injury/problem, it is wonderful to be able to be seen right away, and not have to wait months for an appointment with an orthopedic doctor.
