Dr. Wilson is great!

I was very confused when the nurse asked about my knees. I have never been there for me knees - only my hips. Very concerning.

Thankful and welcoming as a new patient!

It was great! Only drawback is having to wait 3-4 months for an appointment. Would be better to have appointments available much sooner.

I was frustrated that I had been told initially that they could resurface just the patella but then on this visit was told that she didn't know if they would and I would have to discuss it with a surgeon.

Hour wait in the back room. 5 minutes with doctor. She said very little except she likes physical therapy.

Dr. Wilson was very pleasant, gentle n informative.

My dr does no discussion. She comes in with the injection and then gone! Never asks if I have anything to add or discuss. Every 4 months I get this.

There was an elevator, there was only one elevator working and there were a lot of people standing in line and in the facility. You did not know where the stairs were and you could not use the stairs because they were shut down. You had to have a key card. So, the elevators just weren't working and there was a lot of problem, a lot of people standing.

I was impressed with my doctor. She is knowledgeable, understanding and caring. She start treatment the same day.

This was an outstanding experience! I went directly from signing in to a nurse, then to X-ray to the doctor. Checking out was quick as well. As I said-outstanding!

This provider has been extremely helpful. I have had problems with my knees, which she treated me for before I was referred to a surgeon, and now she's treating me for my hip. She knows exactly what to do. She's very cooperative, and she does listen to what I have to say about my medical condition, which I really appreciate. Thank you.

I have been a patient with Dr. Wilson snd her group for years. The staff have always been polite whenever I visited them.

The staff was just outstanding from beginning to the end. This place is very comfortable.

Dr Wilson is the best at giving injections. That's all I've needed from her thus far. I've had X-rays ordered by her and get immediate results during same visits.

Yes, the nurse I called twice to leave a message with the nurse and she never returned my call, we're trying to get the injection for the knee instead of going through a surgery, and no information has been given.

I love Dr. Wilson. Her bedside manner is great! She listens and respects your opinion regarding treatment. The staff is pleasant. The atmosphere is nice. The facility is immaculate. The staff members are always pleasant. All of the above is the reason I returned when I needed further orthopedic treatment.

I called for 3 weeks to make an appt.but the phones were not working! There was an answer and some prompts but after a few minutes it would say the phones were not working! VERY frustrating and finally I did the prompt for doctors calling and someone FINALLY made an appt. for me!

The online checkin process is a lengthy. In addition after completing the checkin, I continue to receive notices about completing the online checkin. Overall I think DR Wilson is terrific and I do recommend her to my friends.

I felt that the doctor spent more time talking to the student physician than explaining to me. I was in health care, my career was in healthcare. I did understand a lot of what she was saying, but she didn't really talk directly to me. So, I felt she spent more time talking to the student. However, she did answer my questions when I asked. So I think there could be room for improvement on that. Thanks.
