Very positive experience. And I am really glad that Prisma System realizes the importance of keeping up with the Highest care for seniors, even when faced with non-FDA sanctioned treatments that are highly successful in other countries. Major kudos to you Prisma Health! Keep up doing what you are doing. Dr Annett's service of PRP injections is a very GOOD Thing indeed.

Need to provide more parking. I was late to my appointment because I couldn't find a place to park. Rode through the parking lot and had to wait until someone came out to leave to park.

My experience was very professional.

There are no visit notes in MyChart, I will be requesting a follow-up procedure but don't know the correct name since there are no visit notes. I had a few follow-up questions and was directed to MyChart - so far no answers. One of my points in my note was no visit notes.

Dr Scott was very good explaining everything to me in my easy terms of understanding instead of all these big college words.

Dr. Annett explained things thoroughly to me, which I appreciated. He listened to my concerns and offered solid perspective/treatment options. Thank you!

The office everyone is so nice

I was late to my appointment because there were so many cars in the parking lot that I could not find the place. It took me 15 minutes to find an empty parking place.

Good experience

The staff are not the problem. The overall greediness of big corporations is the main problem. The front-line staff do their job. It is the leadership of this "healthcare corporation" that jeopardizes the health of hard-working citizens by putting us in the middle of a battle that is just about greed!! I have had the same PCP for the past 25 years or more and now I may have to find another provider because Prisma may not accept GEHA-United HealthCare customers. Well, that is the same insurer that the federal government uses for our veterans when they must go to the community for non-VA healthcare. You can improve by really caring about people, your patients and how your profit decisions affect the patients/people that keep your corporation going. Not sure how I can be on a patient committee to give you feedback when you do not accept my health insurance.

The SHIFT clinic is a great service. To be able to see an orthopedist with an injury is reassuring. Much better than an emergency room visit.

The entire experience was perfect, from every staff member in registration to xray to nursing to physician staff to discharge. I feel very fortunate to have received care with Dr Annett and staff.
